
If you choose the ferryboat as means of transport during your holiday, first of all you can have a unique vision of the lake and you can take marvellous pictures, moreover during the journey you can get nearer to Montisola and the two small private islands of Loreto and San Paolo for an unforgettable view. In addiction to this, in the high season of tourism, using your car and leaving it in a paying parking can be expensive and uncomfortable as you might also risk to find yourself in a traffic jam, while using the ferry you will have to check the hours for the journeys you need, but the views and the calm that you will live during the way will completely repay you.





If you decide to stay in Sulzano, you are exactly on the most comfortable way to Montisola, and also practically in the centre of the lake (in the sense of height) so you can travel to all destinations till extreme south or north with a maximum ticket of €4,50 appreciating a tour of about 1 hour/1 and a half hour for the longest journeys staying onboard of the ferry in complete relax. If you want you can also associate a journey by train as in Sulzano you also find the railway station.

During the period from June to September, the company Navigazione Lago d'Iseo also organises some mini-tours with guide on board of the ferry: every Wednesday the tour of the northern lake and every Saturday and Sunday the tour of the three islands.
